The secondhand equipment listed on these pages is all sold in working order, unless otherwise stated.

We offer a 3 months return to base warranty on used equipment, from installation date.  The warranty excludes lamp, piston seals, pistons and check valves. 

In the event that we are unable to repair the equipment we would, at our option, offer an equivalent item as a replacement or a refund of the purchase price.

ABI Fluorescence Model 980 detector

This detector uses monochromated excitation and filtered emission. It offers a very low cost entry into Fluorescence detection, more sensitive than UV, but not as sensitive as the model below.

Jasco FP920 Fluorescence detector

This model is one of the most sensitive fluorescence detectors around. And this one has a new cell and a new lamp about 100 hours ago. It is also really clean - even the protective film over the display is still there!

We are currently using this detector in our lab. It works perfectly, and you would be welcome to come and test it for yourself.
