| Laserchrom HPLC and GPC Equipment Service Contracts | ||
| HPLC systems work best if they are serviced on a regular basis. We recommend every 6 months for equipment used every day, for equipment used less often every 12 months. Laserchrom now offer a choice of how to keep your Laserchrom HPLC system at its peak efficiency. We may be able to service other manufacturers HPLC systems. | Option 1 - Standard Service Contract | ||
Our Standard Service Contract entitles the customer to one preventative maintenance visit per year at a cost of 5%* of the purchase price of the Laserchrom equipment (+ parts + VAT) per year. Example: The standard service contract for a £12,000 HPLC system would cost £600.00 (+ parts + VAT) |

| Option 2 - Gold Service Contract | ||
Our Gold Service Contract entitles the customer to two preventative maintenance visits per year at a cost of 7%* of the purchase price of the Laserchrom equipment (+ parts + VAT) per year. Example: The gold service contract for a £12,000 HPLC system would cost £840.00 (+ parts + VAT) |

| Option 3 - Investors in People | ||
| A one off price of 7%* of the purchase price of your equipment entitles you to one place on our 2 day servicing course at our head office in Rochester, Kent (worth £500) and a visit by a qualified person to your laboratory to guide you through the first preventative maintenance procedure carried out after the training. | ||
| For all options call outs between preventative maintenace visits will be charged on an ad hoc basis at £500/day, or part thereof (+ parts + VAT). | ||
