Course Content

Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC) usually refers to the separation of organic polymers by size exclusion. Gel Filtration Chromatography (GFC) is used to refer to separation of biological polymers such as nucleotides, peptides, proteins and polysaccharides in aqueous solution using the SEC principles. This course currently covers both.
